Dressed for exercise in skin tight capri-length yoga pants, crop-top, and lightweight running jacket, and with pink and white trainers worn sockless, Rosemary is going to do her Yoga exercises, in the Marsh House mud!

Neeldess to say this rapidly gets very muddy indeed, and Rosemary ends up happy, relaxed, and totally coated in mud from head to toe.

Technical: Note there's no sound on this video, as the recorded soundtrack was basically just loud continuous wind noise from the strong breeze blowing along the river that day. We try and keep sound on where possible but in this case there really wasn't anything worth listening to, the wind noise entirely downs out any squelching in the mud, and removing the sound makes the file very slightly smaller, and hence quicker, to download.
